The Wananchi Jmii has achieved ISO Certification in:

ISO 9001:2008 (PDF) Quality Management System,
ISO 14001:2004 (PDF) Environmental Management System &,
ISO 22000:2005 (PDF) Food Safety Management System.

The facility is participating in a step wise SafeCare Quality/Improvement program to provide safe and quality care to patients. SafeCare has defined the steps on the path to excellent care. Currently the health facility is at the 3rd tier/step. The facility is committed towards maintaining these certifications and striving to attain higher accreditation. It also has a fully fledged and licensed pharmacy and laboratory.
